Just to let you know baby C@@@n was born on the 24th of February 10 days after his due date and right on time without intervention at 3.45am weighing a chunky 9lb 1.5oz.

We had him at the MLU Fatima Allam birth centre and he was born in the birth pool. We arrived at 9.30pm and I was 1cm dilatated. I opted to stay and progressed quite quickly and took the midwife by surprise when the baby was crowning.

Ollie was a fantastic birth partner and helped me through a 20 hour latent phase and was great at keeping me positive during active labour.

We have named him Elijah Geoffrey George
